We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

How to request a return

1. Email Support@techninjaus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 48 business hours with a return authorization and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping

• If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
• Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Condition of returns and refunds

• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Final sale items are non-returnable and will be clearly labeled on product pages.
